Clear night, evening high temp:  46 DF

 

Equipment set up took approx. 1.5 hrs.  After a dinner break we arrived back at approx. 8:00 pm.  All in attendance noticed a definite energy drain with several pieces of equipment.   This began during the initial walkabout.

 

First sit-down was in the front (SW) side of the building where the “haunted house” decor was located.  

 

We sat on the floor outside of the room where the masks were kept.   We heard unusual footsteps and “shuffling” sounds.   The road noise was very loud in that area.    Other than the shuffling noises it was pretty quiet.  Thom felt a presence and “phantom” hand touch his face.

 

Second sit-down conducted by TGI was located in the large basement (location identified as Mummy- Kitty area).    It was quiet; nothing unusual occurred other than a mild feeling of being watch.  I did pick up a presence behind Matt, who later advised he felt a presence behind him. 

 

Third sit-down was conducted in the smaller basement or “tomb” as we called it.   Again, very quiet.  Nothing of note occurred.

 

Fourth sit-down was conducted in the eastern side of the “haunted house” area.    Again, very quiet, and we were able to identify some of the noises as rain water, wind, road noise, etc.

 

Julie and Beth did a short visit to the basement area which is located directly under the east side area just before entering the shower area.    The entrance to this basement is through the “Tube” as we like to call it.   Julie advised she had her hair pulled while down there.   Beth advised she had her hair pulled as well, while standing at the top of the “tube”.

Personal Experiences:

 

• Thom experiences his fact being touched during the first sit-down in “haunted house” area.

• Julie and Beth experienced their hair being pulled in the area above and below the “tube”.

• The majority of both teams experienced unusual equipment malfunctions.

  • Audio files jumping from one to the other

  • Video going in and out of focus in unusual manner

  • Battery drains in cameras, recorders, etc.

  • Audio files show longer sessions than were actually recorded.
