Client contacted TGI and advised of objects moving on their own, hearing voiced, female, turning door knobs, kitchen door open and closing, radio turning on and off. All in the location of the garage.
Base line readings were very low, and at average. Average air temps at 73DF. Garage did have a draft coming in through the garage door which we attempted to block off as best as we could with the client’s permission. Meters all read at normal and healthy levels.
While standing in the garage upon arrival, a boogie board did slide out of an away from its secure storage. This is the same corner which the client stated strange occurrences. It’s the SW corner of the garage by the main garage door. There was a spike of 3.0 on the Gauss Meter in the area where the boogie board fell. A reading was taken again in this space about 1 hr. after the event, and there was no ELF registering. (A stray telephone wire was located about 3 ft. above the area where the boogie board fell. However, random readings indicated this wire emitting very low amounts of electricity. All appliances gave off very low or nominal ELF readings.
Our main focus for the evening was the garage. It was determined the ceiling boards which the client reported to have become loose and dropped were most likely caused by a recent wind storm, pushing air through the attic vents on the north side of the house. JP and VG did hear the wind go through this area and did sound as though somebody was walking around in the attic.
2 Sit downs were conducted. In both sessions the following experiences were captured.
Both recorders malfunctioned during the sit-down. Each recorded stopped, malfunctioned during the sit down.
No apparent signs of rodents. But knock test produced response. Also, some shuffling sounds were heard.
