81st Street Apt., Tulsa, OK
A shame the initial, original report is lost to the winds. If only I could come across it today in December 2020.

TGI investigated this amazing site of activity in

A young couple moved into an apartment just a month or so after it was fixed up by the apartment manager. You see, a month earlier, a young man was murdered in this apartment and this young couple was not advised of this event.
Of course, by law, the apartment manager does not have to advise anything of previous renters. As the law states, only if the new renter asks specifically about crimes occurring in the abode.

This investigation took place in the Spring of 2006. Present where myself, 2 team members and the renter and her mother. The renter advised us of the door frame repair and wall repair from the killer's breaking in the door and subsequent holes in the walls from the bullets he shot at the young man who lived there previous.

As I recall, upon arrival, we had a few very unusually high spikes in the meters. However, because it was an apartment complex, electrical spikes are common. After all, we do not know what the neighbors are plugged into.

We received a very high EMF reading on the staircase. Please see photo above. There is a mist in this photo at the time of the meter spike.

I recall setting upstairs in the master bedroom. VAR and myself where in the Master bath and GB was with the client on the bed. If you listen to the EVP above, you will hear the anxiety in my voice as I see a complete black shadow person walk directly in front of us and then....drifted into the bathroom wall next to the stair case. It was one of the most intense moments of my life.

I will continue my search for the original report. Makes me sad and I might add, very embarrassed to have lost it in the move!
